6.1 No guarantee: While we aim to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access to the Site or perfect performance of services.
6.2 Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westlink Services (and its directors, officers, employees) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data or use) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services.
6.3 Maximum liability: Our total liability (for all claims) arising under or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the total fees you paid for the specific service(s) in question.
