Westlink Cleaning Services provides NDIS cleaning for participants across Sydney, following agreed household tasks, schedules and service instructions. Our cleaners are police checked and NDIS Worker Screened, and our services are backed by $20 million public liability insurance. Staff screening and insurance provide greater confidence in who enters the home while supporting safe, consistent and well-managed cleaning.
Every household has different priorities, routines and support requirements. Westlink Cleaning Services sets up each NDIS cleaning service around the household tasks that matter most.
NDIA data shows 115,723 active NDIS participants across the 14 Greater Sydney SA4 regions as at 31 March 2026. The scale and diversity of the NDIS community reinforce the need for cleaning support built around individual household requirements rather than fixed cleaning packages.
Before service starts, we confirm the household tasks, cleaning priorities, preferred schedule, access instructions and communication preferences. We record the agreed requirements in a clear service scope and cleaning checklist for each visit.
The cleaning plan covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors and other agreed household tasks. The service scope also records priority areas, preferred routines and spaces excluded from cleaning.
Where household cleaning forms part of relevant Household Tasks or Assistance with Daily Life support, our service provides practical assistance with maintaining a clean, hygienic and manageable home.
Once the scope is confirmed, the cleaning checklist clearly defines the tasks our cleaners complete during each visit.
Our NDIS house cleaning services follow the cleaning checklist agreed before the first visit. Each task matches the agreed household priorities, preferred routine and service scope so booked cleaning time stays focused on priority areas.
Kitchen cleaning covers benchtops, sinks, taps, splashbacks, accessible appliance exteriors, agreed cupboard exteriors and suitable floors. Our NDIS house cleaners keep high-use food-preparation areas clean and manageable while following the participant’s documented priorities.
Bathroom cleaning covers showers, baths, basins, mirrors, taps, accessible fixtures and suitable floor surfaces. Our cleaners remove everyday residue and keep wet areas cleaner, fresher and easier to maintain between scheduled visits.
Toilet cleaning focuses on the toilet bowl, seat, lid, exterior surfaces and the surrounding accessible area. Our cleaners follow the agreed checklist to maintain consistent hygiene and keep the toilet area clean across recurring visits.
Bedroom cleaning focuses on private sleeping areas. Our cleaners dust reachable surfaces, wipe bedside furniture, vacuum carpets or rugs, mop suitable hard floors and complete agreed bed-making or linen tasks. The cleaning scope also records areas excluded from cleaning to protect privacy and personal belongings.
Living area cleaning focuses on shared and frequently used spaces. Our cleaners dust accessible surfaces, wipe tables and furniture, vacuum or mop floors and complete agreed light tidying. The service keeps everyday living spaces cleaner, more organised and easier to maintain between visits.
Floor cleaning covers carpeted and hard-floor areas listed in the agreed checklist. Our cleaners vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep suitable surfaces and mop hard floors using the appropriate method for each floor type. Appropriate floor care keeps high-use floor areas clean without extending into tasks outside the agreed scope.
General household tasks cover agreed day-to-day cleaning outside the main room-specific sections. General household tasks include wiping reachable surfaces, cleaning hallways, emptying household bins and completing light tidying where required. The checklist confirms each task before service starts so the participant knows exactly what is included.
Laundry assistance covers agreed clothing-care tasks such as washing, drying and folding. Our cleaners follow the documented service instructions so laundry support stays aligned with the household routine and booked cleaning time.
Linen assistance covers agreed tasks such as changing bed linen, replacing used linen and making beds. Clear instructions keep each visit consistent and ensure the cleaner completes only the linen tasks included in the service scope.
Routine household cleaning follows the agreed tasks, priorities and service scope.
Choosing an NDIS cleaning provider means trusting a team to enter your home, follow agreed instructions and deliver consistent household cleaning. We combine registered provider status, screened cleaners, insurance protection and documented quality systems to provide reliable NDIS cleaning across Sydney.
Westlink Cleaning Services Pty Ltd is an approved registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. Current NDIS Commission records show registration in force until 13 November 2028.
Our NDIS cleaning team includes NDIS Worker-Screened and police-checked cleaners. Screening provides greater confidence about who enters the home, while documented training and WHS procedures support safer service delivery.
Westlink Cleaning Services carries $20 million public liability insurance. Insurance protection provides added reassurance while our cleaners work inside homes and supported living environments.
Our team follows ISO-aligned cleaning systems, documented procedures and agreed cleaning checklists. Clear processes keep household tasks, product preferences, access instructions and service requirements consistent across scheduled visits.
We use agreed checklists, service records and feedback to monitor cleaning quality. When household requirements change, we update the service instructions so future visits remain aligned with the agreed scope.
Our NDIS home cleaning services are arranged around the home, living setup and agreed household responsibilities. We provide cleaning in houses, apartments, units, townhouses, shared homes and supported living environments across Sydney.
ABS 2021 Census data for Greater Sydney recorded 55.8% separate houses, 30.7% flats or apartments, and 12.8% semi-detached homes, terraces and townhouses. Sydney’s varied housing mix creates different cleaning, access and scheduling requirements.
Before service starts, we confirm the rooms, cleaning tasks and property access requirements. For apartments and units, access instructions cover intercoms, lifts, stairs, building entry, visitor parking and basement parking where relevant.
In shared homes and supported accommodation, the service scope clearly separates private bedrooms, shared kitchens, bathrooms and communal living areas. Clear boundaries ensure our cleaners complete only the agreed household tasks.
For Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments, cleaning follows the agreed household responsibilities within the home. Where Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) applies, our service remains focused on the agreed household cleaning requirements.
We set up NDIS cleaning around the participant’s funding management type so the billing process stays clear from the first visit. Before service starts, we confirm the invoice recipient, payment arrangement and required billing details.
Self-managed funding gives the participant control over NDIS funding and provider payments. We provide a clear invoice for the agreed cleaning service and the records needed for funding administration. The service scope, rate and visit frequency are confirmed in advance to keep billing aligned with the agreed cleaning arrangement.
For plan-managed funding, we record the nominated plan manager’s billing details during setup. We send the invoice directly to the agreed plan manager for processing, which reduces administration for the participant and keeps payment linked to the documented service scope.
NDIA-managed supports require NDIS cleaning providers to meet the applicable registered-provider requirements. We confirm the service arrangement before cleaning begins and document the agreed tasks, schedule and invoicing details so the participant has a clear record of service delivery.
We make NDIS cleaning simple to arrange around the participant’s household needs, funding arrangement and preferred routine. Before the first visit, we confirm the key service details so everyone knows what to expect.
We confirm the cleaning priorities, property type, preferred frequency, funding management type, product preferences and access instructions.
We document the included tasks, any excluded or separately quoted work, hourly rate, travel charges and invoicing arrangements. Where required, the confirmed terms are included in the service agreement.
We arrange the preferred day, time and frequency, then record access details and the preferred communication method to keep recurring visits organised.
The cleaner follows the agreed checklist from the first visit. We use participant feedback to update tasks, timing or service instructions where needed, with changes documented for future visits.
We arrange recurring NDIS cleaning around the participant’s household routine, agreed tasks and preferred level of support. Before service begins, we confirm the cleaning frequency, preferred day and time so each visit follows a clear schedule.
Weekly cleaning suits households needing regular support. Our cleaners follow the agreed checklist each visit, keeping priority areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living spaces consistently maintained.
Fortnightly cleaning suits households needing ongoing assistance with more time between visits. We keep the agreed tasks and cleaning priorities consistent, giving the household a predictable routine without unnecessary service frequency.
Monthly and one-off cleaning suits the participant’s household needs, funding arrangement and service availability. We confirm the required tasks, cleaning time and price before the booking.
Consistency matters when cleaning forms part of an ongoing household routine. For recurring services, we keep the participant’s agreed cleaning checklist, household instructions, access details and service preferences documented so each visit follows the same requirements.
For recurring services, we assign a regular cleaner or team where availability allows. A cleaner who already understands the household routine and priority areas reduces repeated instructions and makes scheduled cleaning easier to manage.
Where a regular cleaner is unavailable, we brief the replacement cleaner using the participant’s existing checklist, service scope and household instructions. Where applicable, we also notify the participant or nominated contact before the visit.
A good NDIS cleaning service should fit the participant’s household routine, not force the household to adapt to the cleaner. Before the first visit, we confirm product preferences, access arrangements and communication instructions so our cleaners know how the service should be delivered.
We record allergies, sensory sensitivities, fragrance-free or low-scent preferences, products to avoid and sensitive surfaces before cleaning starts. Where we supply cleaning products, our team follows the documented requirements. The service also accommodates participant-supplied preferred products when included in the agreed service arrangement. The documented product requirements stay with the cleaning instructions for recurring visits.
We confirm how the cleaner will enter the property and record the agreed instructions before attendance. Access arrangements include a key, lockbox, access code, intercom, lift, stairs, visitor parking or basement parking where relevant. We also confirm whether the participant will be home during the visit or an agreed entry arrangement applies. Clear access details reduce delays and keep scheduled cleaning visits organised.
The participant chooses how service communication should be handled. Updates go directly to the participant, nominee, carer or support coordinator through the agreed contact method. We document important cleaning instructions, access details and service changes so the cleaner has a clear reference for each visit. Documented communication preferences keep the service consistent while giving the participant greater control over what is cleaned and how the cleaning is carried out in the home.
We keep NDIS cleaning referrals simple for support coordinators, plan managers and nominees. To arrange a service, we confirm the participant’s contact details, funding management type, required household tasks, preferred frequency, access instructions, cleaning preferences and invoice recipient.
Once we receive the details, we prepare the service scope and written quote, confirm the service agreement and cleaning schedule, then send invoices to the agreed recipient. Ongoing service updates are provided through the nominated contact so everyone involved has clear information about the cleaning arrangement.
