We are committed to managing personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, protect, and provide access to personal information across our brands and locations.

3.1 From customers and site contacts

  • Identity and contact details such as name, job title, company, address, phone, email

  • Service information such as site address, access notes, surface and materials, photos you provide, scope, schedule preferences

  • Communications such as enquiries, feedback, complaints and call notes

3.2 From business partners and suppliers

  • Contact details, company and ABN or ACN, bank details for payment, insurance certificates, safety documentation

3.3 From job applicants and workers

  • Contact and identity details, work history, qualifications, right to work, referees and background check results where relevant

  • Health or injury information only where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, for example to support safe work on specific sites

  • Directly from you by phone, email, online forms, quote requests, bookings, on site interactions and feedback

  • From your employer or landlord, strata manager, builder or head contractor when we are engaged to service a property

  • From publicly available sources where appropriate for business contact details

  • From third party systems that support our operations such as scheduling, invoicing, payments, and customer support platforms

  • If we receive unsolicited personal information we will destroy or de identify it if lawful and reasonable to do so

We may ask for identification and we may charge a reasonable administrative fee for copies. Access may be refused in the circumstances set out in the Privacy Act. If we refuse, we will tell you why and how you can complain.

16. Correction of personal information

If you believe information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading you can ask us to correct it. We will respond within 30 days. If we refuse a correction request we will tell you why and how to complain. You may also ask us to associate a statement with the information.

17. Anonymity and pseudonyms

Where lawful and practical you can interact with us without identifying yourself or by using a pseudonym. For example, when making a general enquiry. Identification is required for quotes, onsite work, invoicing, incident management, and where safety or legal obligations apply.

18. Business and recruitment information

This Policy applies to personal information of residential customers and business contacts such as employees of corporate clients and suppliers. It also applies to job applicants and workers. For applicants we may collect information needed to assess suitability for work including qualifications, right to work, references, and background checks where relevant. If engaged, employee records may be handled under separate employment privacy practices.

19. Site security and CCTV

Where services are delivered at client sites we may be subject to site security and CCTV operated by the building or head contractor. We do not control those systems. Refer to the relevant site operator for their privacy policy.

20. Complaints

If you have a privacy complaint contact us using the details above. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be posted on our website with a new effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
